The Dojo — Beta Access Agreement (v1 · 2026-06-14) Thanks for testing The Dojo. By entering the beta, you agree that: 1. Confidentiality. The Dojo is a private, in-development product. You will keep the app, its features, design, and content confidential, and will not share access, screenshots, or details outside your own coaching staff. 2. No copying or competing. You will not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or use the Dojo's concept, features, workflows, or content to build — or to help anyone else build — a competing or substantially similar product. 3. Feedback. Feedback you choose to send may be used to improve the product, with no obligation to you. 4. Access. This is early access for evaluation and may change or end at any time. This agreement is between you and Tim McDermott (The Dojo). It does not transfer any ownership to you, and it is not legal advice.
