Welcome to The Dojo. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. The short version: be a good teammate, your content stays yours, and we’ll treat you fairly.

The service

The Dojo is a habits, planning, and team-accountability app for athletes, coaches, and families. It’s currently free while in active development, and features may change, improve, or occasionally be removed as we build.

Your account

Keep your login private and give us accurate info. Accounts for young athletes should be set up with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian, or coach (see our Privacy Policy).

Your content

Everything you create — habits, logs, journal entries, notes, photos, messages — belongs to you. You give us permission only to store and display it as needed to run the app (for example, showing a shared habit to your team). We claim no other rights to it.

Team spaces

Coaches and team owners are responsible for who they invite and what they post to their team. What you share to a team is visible to that team. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app: no harassment or bullying, no impersonation, no attempting to access other people’s private data, and nothing illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts that put other users at risk.

No warranty

The Dojo is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast, reliable, and safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we’re not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Leaving

You can stop using The Dojo anytime, and you can ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may discontinue the service or these terms may change; if a change is significant we’ll note it in the app.
